The FTOPE was established by a group of passionate volunteers who concern and devote themselves to the management and future development of philanthropic organizations in Taiwan. They transform passion into actions, and combine knowledge and experience to seek the prospect for the future of Taiwan’s philanthropic organizations. We expect to establish a benign and advantageous environment for the development of charity NGOs and philanthropic organizations in Taiwan. Our prospect aims to empower the locality and to build connection with the international community.
　

     The missions of FTOPE are to develop diversified management and operation strategy, provide education and training for NGO practitioners, cultivate volunteers, integrate NGO resources, empower community, and promote cross-strait academic exchange on NGO issues.
